I got in a bad accident involving me being rear-ended at high speed. When I called the accident attorneys, Jackie was very understanding and said she would help me with the process, not to worry. They are very good at what they do, and it helped a lot since I know dealing with others' insurance companies is a big hassle, especially when one has no knowledge of that industry. I have already told others where to go and get help when they get involved in an accident, especially when you are not at fault at all. If there's any way to recommend a location more than highly, please let me know, so I can do it for them. Accident Attorneys (AA) stays with it. I was injured by a DUI driver, who also totaled my car, back in January 2024. It took until November 2025 to resolve everything. Accident Attorneys worked on the whole of everything the entire time, with delays from others. And I only had 1 attorney help me. Her name is Jackie Lopez. Here's a brief summary: - The DUI driver stopped communicating with his own attorney, making the exchange of information difficult. And when AA finally got the information, from their effort, they found that he had no insurance. (He's a dirtbag.) AA then worked on the solution for this. - When it came to my insurance, there were some odd things involving it. Nothing like anything neglectful, it was simply an odd case. This alone took a long time. Both with AA, and my insurance company. Along with everything for my medical care, being a part of the insurance. (I wasn't even heavily injured.) But it was resolved after AA and my insurance company went through many lengths. (Very, long, lengths.) - There was a communication issue with emails, but that wasn't on AA. It was on the email account I had. None of us were even able to know about this until we called each other. I got it fixed on my end, so there weren't any issues from then on. Emails were the best form of communication for this case. Delivering forms and papers was heavily needed. Using emails helped make everything more prepared for whenever forms and papers were needed. - And speaking of communication issues, several individuals that AA needed to contact (not including myself) weren't responding to them, no matter how much AA continuously contacted them. But AA wasn't going to stop, and they finally got in touch with everyone they needed. From insurance issues at the start to who got what from the insurance claim near the end, AA kept up the work. No matter how long or troublesome. And it worked out wonderfully, for everyone. AA and myself included. (The amount I received totally paid for my new car I got beforehand. We didn't expect it to be that high, after the money went to everyone else. And the general estimate AA gave at first was still pretty high.) There's a lot more to all of this, and it's personal, so I can't add it here. But do know that it all was resolved, regardless of the delays others put on both me and Accident Attorneys. Even in a lengthy, arduous case like this, Accident Attorneys held out until everything was finished properly.
